I was at a little shop in Pennsylvania yesterday, but my mind is still there. It’s called the ::Planet Earth Gallery:: and it’s on PA 611 North, just north of the old helicopter. ( A local reference point….)
Is it ::gawth::? No.
It’s, well, for lack of a newer term, a ::head-shop::
Jewelry. Middle-Eastern/Far-Eastern clothing. Relics. Glass. and the typical windchimes/incense/posters.
If you ever felt the need….DEEP down…for a replica of Tutankhamun’s sarcophagus…Yes, FULL SIZED….you can get one there for $650 US.
This place is not huge, but you’ll THINK it is.
The staff was there to help without being in my way.
They were nice, but not obsequeous, and KNOWLEDGEABLE about ALL KINDS of things.
If you are in the area, you may not have thought of this place, as that stretch of highway is so….::touristy::…But it is WORTH the stop….I am going back again!
If you are passing through….(say..on your way to C7?)…
STOP THERE!
