A poem about life by Daephos
|
You’re stumbling along your way Don’t know your destination The journey seems to be a torture You’re begging for salvation But when you’re gone you’ll realise That it is worth to bear the pain Just in favour of some moments During the futility’s reign |

Afterward
Left barren in denial.
Standing in my disappiontment.
Bleeding with hate.
As my hell becomes stronger by the seconds.
I’ve turned shallow and damn near broken.
For I tried and my heart became an old shaft
My soul stale.
A spell broken by a kiss,
and lost in the fumes.
And then there was nothing.
Nothing to speak of.
Nothing to live for.
Nothing at all.

Love as described by Shakespeare by Raven2181
This is my favorite Shakespeare Sonnet and I wanted to share it with you all!
As a decrepit father takes delight
To see his active child do deeds of youth,
So I made lame by fortune’s dearest spite
Do take my comfort of thy worth and truth.
For whether beauty, birth, or wealth or wit
Or any of these all or all or more,
Entitled in thy parts do crown`ed sit
I make my love engrafted to this store.
For then I am not lame, poor, nor dispised
Whilst that this shadow doth such substance give
That I in thy abundance am sufficed
And by a part of all thy glory live.
Look what’s best that best I wish in thee,
This wish I have then ten times happy me!
Short, sweet, and to the point……isn’t amazing the things love brings you. It in itself encompasses all emotions and experiences we seek. This is why no matter how bad we get hurt….eventually get all get up out of the dirt…..dust ourselves off….and seek it out again. It’s a viscious, long cycle of up’s and down’s. So keep it up kids….I wish you all only the best….Merry Christmas…..love Raven
