The Blessed Pain That Hurts So Good

Poetry submissions by hallowqueen911 inside. Actually only one, but while I post this I want to add a note.

I’ve been moving the poetry submissions into another area and will be unveiling that in the upcoming week or two. Most likely in the Sections area. Meanwhile, if you have poetry you wish to post, keep submitting it and it’ll make its way over there eventually. If you want a faster submission, post them in the Dark BBS. Thanks!

Cold water trickling down my back,
A shiver reaches my spine and leaves me weak.
At that moment I thought of you.
That shiver so commonly felt before,
I shouldn’t be thinking of you.

Your twisted ways, just like mine,
Leave me wound all around you.
The knife so cold agianst me,
Another shiver sped my heart so fast,
I shouldn’t be thinking of you.

I touch you and it scratches my insides,
A loving anger seaps right through my veins.
I feel like breaking somehting innocent.
I imagine the damage we could do together,
I shouldn’t be thinking of you.

I swear I feel like tearing you apart,
Then slowly putting you together with tender care.
Ripping away anything that stops me,
Would make it easy Like I can’t want,
I shouldn’t be thinking of you.

A visible wall we build between the animal,
The visions of fingertops leaving the scratches on skin,
The ink and the pink of it all can intertwine,
But tell me, what would we do then?
I should have never thought of you.
