Winifrith Mage groaned and rolled over. BEEP, BEEP, BEEP… It couldn’t be that early! The alarm clock sent sound waves straight into her brain, which was pulsing violently.

Lisa laid back on her too soft bed and smiled. She couldn’t believe she was actually smiling after today. But she knew why. She would be asleep soon, it would be dark, and he’d hold her. Her dream man. Her night man. Funny. She’d never really liked the night before. Now it was the only beautiful place she knew. So she laid back fully on the too soft bed, closed her eyes, and relaxed. Soon he would be with her. It would all be okay.
For the first night in over a year, Lisa slept and she did not dream.

Have you ever noticed how some people really don’t know going on around them? There are just those people who don’t pay attention to anything. What are we to do about this? Just ignore them? Or try to make them listen? Well, some might say one or the other; and your thinking who is this girl and what the hell is she talking about? I just wanted to know your opinon on this, so hit me back or post a comment. I just want some opinons.

For the first time i write something in here that isnt a poem.
Thats just coz i was wondering something, how many of us in here, poets, writers, readers think that we are totally fucked up or anything similar?
I’m surprised to see how few of us actually write something of positive, coz even i, most of the time, write something that isnt considered positive by most people.
I was just wondering what we had become. Why are we so different from past generations? Have we created ourselves this way? Or is it a result of something totally fucked up?

The truth is that I was never meant to be the black thing. Covered in praise and adorned with dear hopes from the first day I spoke, I was never meant to be the black thing. Called gifted and bright and told that stars ruled my eyes I was never truly meant to be fallen. Rather meant to shine deep and cause a blinding light to flourish, I found that all hope placed in me took too much to be nourished.
