Destined (Part V) The Demon Battle
My heart raced as I heard the demon’s shrieks mixed with the wailing cries of the dying and the dead. I was standing upon a slight hill, so as I watched the battle progress, I could see the swarm of black demons consuming the soldiers.

I stared at Rauk blankly, still not believing what he had said. I looked over the papers again. Why should I believe this to be the man who killed Damien and my mother? He must have heard my thoughts.
My Broken Pieces
