Pain that Maxiumus had never felt shot over his whole body. He laided on the ground, groaning from the pain as his car and a few trees burned in a distance. Maxiumus tried to piece together what had just happened.
The last thing he remembered was driving down the road, trying to decided what to do with Sodina. He had looked over at her, saw that she was deeply sleeping. Maxiumus chose to case a deep sleeping spell on her to make sure she couldn’t wake up and see the way to where his home was. the last thing he needed was someone turning on him and telling where his home was. It 134 room house.
It was then when there was a loud blast and a burning tree fell down in front of him. To Maxiumus surprise, the breaks on his car gave out and the car hit he burning tree. Maxiumus didn’t remember much after that. Suddenly the thought of Sodina came up.
Maxiums jumped to his feet and looked around. Sense her no where near.
(This has to be the doing of that ass hole Damon!! He must have been following me!! He has Sodina.)
Anger flared through the vampire like never before. But here was no time to get mad. Now, more than ever, Sodina’s life was on the edge. Maxiumus saw right through Damon’s thoughts. He wasn’t planing to keep Sodina. He was going to kill her. Only because Maxiumus wanted her so and this was nothing more than a lesson that was going to be taught for betraying Damon.
Seconds before Maxiumus was to move with blinding speed toward Damon’s castle, Damon was suddenly in front of him. And Sodina was in his arms, lifeless.
Maxiumus stood before Damon. His eyes locked on Sodina. Her long black hair falling over Damon’s arms. Her eyes closed tightly. Blood soaked her shirt that stuck to her chest, that poured form her neck and down Damon’s arm.
-“You didn’t have to…kill her.” Maxiumus said as he looked away.
Damon looked at Maxiumus, unsmiling.
-“You know the rules and the law. No one out side of our race.”
-“I was going to kill her! She was merely food!!” Maxiumus snapped.
-“You loved this girl and it could not be allowed!! I told you so! Now she is dead because of your foolish acts!! A vampire in love with a human, that’s sickening. It’s like making love to food that is to be eaten, not loved. Food spoils and that thats what she already was, spoiled. She had been had and was filled with troubled though and worries. Besides, from my understandings, she welcome death anyways.”
Maxiumus cliged his fist tight together, refusing to let Damon see that he was deeply hurt.
-“The only thing I cared for, you take it away.”
-“Your right. I have now paid you back for betraying me. I’m sure you’ve learned your lesson.”
Maxiumus mummered too low for Damon to hear. But Damon talk on.
-“For the lost of this loved one, I’m sure you don’t mind dyeing now.” Damon let Sodina dead body fall to the ground in a hype, aiming now attempt to step over her when walking towards Maxiumus. Maxiumus had let his head drop.
Damon smiled over him as a blade appeared in his had and he held it at Maxiumus neck.
-“Damon, one last thing.” The vampire said looking at Damon. “Did…she suffer?”
-“She screamed till blood filled her mouth.” Damon said laughing, then pulling back the the dagger, advancing his speed, awaiting the sicking plunged sound of the blade sinking deep into neck.
