In all of Maxiumus life, he had never been more surprised in a mortal then now. Sodina stood before him, shaking with anger and hate for him as she stood a few feet away from the table they alway sat at, not caring who was watching.
-“Milady-what are you talking about?”
-“Don’t give me that bullshit Maxiumus!! I was late coming to the liberty yesterday because once again-Ton-I mean- a guy tried to hurt me!! I came here for your help, thinking you were my friend. I walk in here and see you following this girl around who didn’t even know you then…I saw you kiss her! I couldn’t hear what you two were talking about. But you kissed her! I walked out of the liberty to go home and I saw you right behind me, but you didn’t see me. I hide and saw you take her to your car where you fucked her!! I know, I heard her!! How could you!? I though we were friend Maxiumus.”
This site of Sodina made Maxiumus jump to his feet walking towards her.
-“Sodina clam down! You look like your about to faint.”
-“Don’t come near me!!”
And with that, a force unseen by any eye seem to push into Maxiumus so greatly, it pushed him back, causing Maxiumus to back into the table as if someone had pushed him.
-“Sodina please!! Listen to me please!”
(I’m too close now to lose her!!!)
-“No!! You listen.” Sodina let out a hurt laugh. “You know, I don’t know why I’m so upset with you? It’s not like we date. And you might have known that girl. Who knows. I guess because, I might have been…falling for you Maxiumus.”
-“So don’t ruin it now then Sodina.”
-“Too late! The girl you fucked the other day is Tony’s new girlfriend and while you were with her, he….” Sodina stopped and looked at the ground
This bit of information, Maxiumus didn’t know about. He was at the liberty the other day waiting for Soidna who was at the school. So what happened there, he didn’t know about.
-“He what!?” Maxiumus asked wishing he could get closer to Sodina.
-“Never mind. Just have your stupid jacket back!!” Sodina said throw Maxiumus leather jacket to the floor. Thats when Maxiumus notice Sodina’s face. how dark it looked on one side of her face.
As Sodina turned and walked away, Maxiumus took the moment and grabbed Sodina’s hand, peering into her face. His hand shot up and grabbed Sodina’s chin and turned her face to the side, looking at the dark bruise carefully.
-“Someone hit you!! Who hit you Sodina?”
-“It’s nothing.” Sodina snapped as she pushed Maxiumus away, her deafest power fobbing Maxiumsu to touch her again.
-“Sodina, something bad is happening to you and your not talking. Someone is hurting you! Why won’t you tell me?”
Even though Maxiumus knew about Tony and his friend raping Sodina, and also what happened at the school which he didn’t know anything about, he needed Sodina, herself to open up to him. That was the last way he could get her. But she turned away from him with tears in her eyes, fobbing Maxiumus goodbye and the story started again. Maxiumus was now denied permission to entry her house and get any closer to him than a few feet away. When Sodina walked out, Maxiumus scream at the top of his lungs, turning around and pushed a entire book shelf with hundred of books on it over with ease.
(I was so close!!! So very CLOSE!!!)
He stormed out of the liberty. Sodina was making him go crazy, and anger he had never had before.
-“I will make Sodina mines no matter what!!! She will fall in love with me, there is no way around this!” Maxiumus hissed to himself as he walked to his car. “I refuse to let this girl make me lose it the way that I am. She may be powerful enough to keep me away. But all I need to do is open up her heart and then she will be mine. I might have to stomp lower than I am willing to do. But if this will give Sodina to me then it must be done. I will kill Sodina for making me go though a hell full of this trouble for her!! I travel hours everyday to this little town for her just to let it die all in vain!!”

Sodina slowly walked into her empty house, alone and cold. She went to her room and laid across her bed looking up at the ceiling.
-“Why did I get so mad at him?” She asked herself. “I don’t even like Maxiumus like that and I got all up tight becasue he had sex with another girl. Was I really beginning to like him?”
Sodina remember how the other day she stood only a few feet from Maxiumus car, hearing Candy inside.
(What does she have that I don’t!?) Sodina had wonder as she turned away that night and walked home.
Everything in Sodina’s world was falling apart and she would give anything to escape it. Every new corner she had seemed to turn, a world full of pain was waiting there for her.
Sodina closed her eyes and let sleep over take her before the tears could.
(I am so tried of crying all the time. Why can’t someone take these tears away from me and let me be happy for once? When was the last time I laughed? I don’t even remember anymore, it’s been so long since I have laughed.)
Sodina didn’t know how long she was asleep before a knocking came to her front door from down stairs. She was quite surprised to find Maxiumus standing there. She gasped at the sight of dozen roses, white and red.
-“I’m sorry milady.” Maxiumus seemed to say very slowly. “I never meant to hurt you. Forgive me. I don’t know what came over me. But I didn’t…what I mean is…she was-”
-“There no way to explain to me what happened. Besides, it’s not my business to ask why. After all, you are not my boyfriend so why should I care?” Sodina’s own words stung her, but she meant every word. “I’m tried Maxiumus. I’m tried of men. All they ever done to me is hurt me deeply to the point where I am scrared for life. Problems I surprise even myself with and that I am able to live with. I have too many problem that I would reather keep to my self. And if I stay alone, then I won’t have anymore to add to the brunch.”
To Sodina, Maxiumus looked very pitiful standing there. Snow in his hair, roses in his arms neatly greather, trying his best to explain.
-“Milady, you can not stay wrapped up with all these problems alone! You make things even worst for yourself. I want to be your friend.”
Sodina put her hand on the door.
-“I’m sorry Maxiumus. I never meant to led you in the wrong way. I never never meant to led my self that same way. But lets just stop this, right where it is. I have too many problem you wouldn’t want to cope with. I can’t do this love thing anymore. The roses are beautiful, but I can’t expect them. I’m sorry.” And Sodina closed the door, leaving Maxiumus in the cold and snow.
Sodina hated she had to treated Maxiumus like that.
(But this the only way if I don’t want to be hurt again.)
An four hours later, Maxiumus called once he was where he lived.
-“Where did you get my numbered from!?” Sodina demanded surpised.
-“I saw it on your personnel sheet you had to do for school.” Maxiumus lied.
-“Why are you calling me!?” Sodina asked as she slammed down a pan she had intended to cook in.
-“Milady, I will not stop till you give me another chance. I will not give up.”
-“Maxiumus please, what do I have to do before you understand that-we can’t do this anymore.”
-“Can not do what!?”
Sodina sighed as she picked up a knife to cut potatoes.
-“Our friendship. It might turn into something more than I want!”
-“What are you so afraid of?!” Maxiumus shouted on the other end.
Soidna paused. The question stopped her whole body and the answer, no matter how hard she tried to come up with, came nothing. What was she afraid of?
-“I’m..afraid of getting hurt Maxiumus.” she said finally coming up with something.
-“No it is not! There something else. There something like acid that is burning your insides and your afraid of it. Your afraid to tell! What is it!? Your secret will be safe with me.”
-“I…can’t” Sodina said while her tears fell on the knife blade and her voice shoke. “I can’t tell anyone.”
-“Please milady! Tell me!!” Maxiums was nearly screaming on the phone.
-“I’m so tired Maxiumus…of all of this. I can’t tell anyone because he’ll only hurt me even more! I just wish it would all end…” Sodina voice begainned to become softer as she looked at the tear clover knife she held so very close to her wrist.
-“Milady-what are you doing?” Maxiumsu asked, noticing her mind was no longer on the phone.
-“I’m ending my pain.” Sodina said smiling finally finding the answer to her problem.
-“Don’t!! What ever it is don’t!!”
-“Sorry. AHHHH!!!” Sodina screamed as the blade bit into her wriste as she slid it across as hard as she could, dropping the phone from her ear to the floor.
