Most people give death a bad rap. Most of the religions where death is personified, he is seen as evil. But I ask you this: is death really a bad thing?
Look at it this way – no death=eternal suffering. If nothing could die, how would you eat? You couldn’t butcher cattle, or harvest crops. You coudn’t die of starvation, so you would gradually waste away, ever seeking sustenance but unable to acquire it. Then, there’s the question of crowding. Eventually, we would be forced out into space, and we would be forever cold, and unable to breathe. You can’t die, so you suffer, alone, forever.
Hence, death may not be as bad as everyone thinks.
