Death’s Fall

I can see a face behind the name,
A picture of what there is to gain.
What in this life is worth living for?
It’s just a cage without a door.

To look into the placid light,
And see my black winged flight.
To see my sins amass,
And tell the world to kiss my ass.

So the whole world can see,
That I am finally to be free,
Of societal constraints
And the world’s complaints.

I will take the plunge,
And end the grudge.
I will not be held back by me fears.
And now I say goodbye to my peers.

I truly soared into the abyss.
When I couldn’t have love’s final kiss?
The only one who cared, now gone.
This is the end our lives are done.

To join you now,
In your endless hour.
To jump without fear of persecution.
Is this the real solution?

To join you now is my dream.
To hear you killer’s screams.
I will avenge your death.
I will squeeze from him, his last breath.

I will end it all.
I will jump and take Death’s fall.
