Lost In Space
There is
Such a separation
A separation with
A beating ebony heart
And breathing
Poisonous lungs
Gripping scattered
Celestial emotion
It walks and speaks
As unnoticed starlight
Cold haze seeps from
Crescent morbid eyes
As it rounds the corner
It takes the shape of
A loved one
Stellar
Cosmic
Bewildered
Locked in
Its own universe
Of vastness and
Vacant emptiness
Alone
I begin to warm
Once more
Cradles knees
Rocketing
Tears gravity driven
From black planets
My green rings orbiting
I am cocooned against
Fatherhood’s astrological
Storms that deceive
There is such a death
Beating heart
Breathing lungs
A loved one
Genetics
Father
