Do you know how it feels to break on the inside with a smile upon your face?
To feel as if you’re just taking up space?
Do you know what it’s like to feel surreal?
And it seems to take so long for all your wounds to heal.
Do you know what it’s like to feel a million miles away?

To wanna leave it all behind, rather than to stay? Do you know how it feels, to feel so much pain? And everything in life, seems a constant strain
Do you know how it feels to cry on the inside?
And everything you’ve said is everything you’ve lied.
Do you know how it feels, when you’re about to fall?
And no one seems to really know you at all.
Do you know how it feels to push it all down? And everyday you feel like you’re going to drown.
Do you know how it feels to be on the outside looking in?
To feel that you’re covered in sin.
Do you know how it feels, when your soul cries? And all you have to give is lies.
Do you know how it feels, to scream inside?
But no one seems to hear it on the outside.
