It was just another day.
Hanging out with your friends
Laughing and having a good time,
Then all of a sudden
A dark cloud creeps over you
Like a ragging storm
Hovering over the sea
And you’re in the middle of it.
You start to feel the water
Rushing over your head.
You’re sinking deeper and deeper.
Then you feel a hand grasp yours.
You can not make out the person’s face,
You can only feel him
Pulling and tugging on you
Pulling harder and harder
Trying over and over again to get you to the surface.
The next thing you feel is the sand
That covers the ocean floor
Against your face;
And you have become just another casualty,
That has drowned.
Drowned in the ocean called
LIFE.
