  1. Could you not get rid of all this stuff? The blades, the knives, everything until you can cope with them being there.
I guess you gotta tell somebody. If not your mom and dad, then somebody else. One of these days you’ll end up in hospital, and how do you explain it then?

  2. sometimes when a person is stressed out, they act out violently in your dreams. something is seriously wrong and i suggest you go see a couselor or psychologist. even if only for a few sessions.

they can also try what is called dream leading.

they can do this with sleep walkers and those who have reoccuring dreams. basically they will instruct you not to do this in your sleep and that will register in your brain and you won’t do it. it doesn’t always work and works best with those who are highly suggestable. but, it’s worth a shot.

ps. get rid of all that stuff before you do some serious damage to yourself.

    best of luck to you.

  3. do u think that ur cuttin urslef cuz that might not be the case it might be sumtin else like supernatural that would be far fetched but it could happen

  4. I think the most obvious thing to do here is get rid of all that shit…

No one needs those things. No one. Not for the use that you are using them anyway.

The second thing would be yes, go see a counselor. You obviously need to talk out your miseries. And I don’t care what anyone says, counselors are good for that. If only that. Tell them you just wanna talk. That’s it. It would be very good for you.

  5. This is definatley NOT normal! But you CAN get through it. You really do need to get some professional help. To start with when we dream (ie. enter Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep) our bodies are supposed to become paralysed so that we don’t act out our dreams. In rare cases (such as sleep walking) this sleep paralysis doesn’t occur. It sounds to me like you need to see a sleep specialist (like Mourning suggested) and a psychologist as well. I don’t know what country you’re from, but in Australia there are a few councilors that youth can visit for professional pych sessions without paying, and you parents don’t need to know about it. Perhaps a good place to start to find out your options is the councillor at your school, they should be able to help and keep things confidential.

Now you’ll probably need to tell your parents at some point, and I know they’ll be upset and angry, but if you can’t help yourself, you’ll probably need them (depending on the relationship you have with your parents though, so talk to your school councilor about that).

Not to dis kellygirl, but always assume things like this happen for non supernatural reasons and do everything you can to fix them using normal means, before you conclude it’s supernatural.

I hope I’ve helped, and I wish you all the luck in the world. Amanda, you don’t need to do this alone, so don’t even try to. Get some help, there’s nothing shameful about it. You’re obviously suffering a great amount of pain over the loss of your brother, (subconsiously at the very least) and those around you should understand that.

Also, everyone else it right. GET RID OF THE THINGS YOU’RE HURTING YOURSELF WITH! (Where’d you get those guns from anyway?!) It sounds like you’re at far greater risk of getting hurt by YOURSELF with those guns, than by whoever’s threatening you enough to make you think you need them.

  6. PPS. Please feel free to email me if you need someone to talk to confidentially about this or anything else. I’m at frozen_music@hotmail.com

(sorry to everyone else that get’s an email from the site saying “someone’s responded to your post” and it’s just me 3 times over. I kinda forgot to add this stuff to the first post, and really couldn’t just leave it.) đŸ™‚

  7. On a bit of a tangent, guns are surprisingly easy to come by Audryn. I have two, and when I was fifteen I had three. The difference is, now I got ’em legally and for a good reason. Everybody thinks it’s an American problem too, but it’s not. I had a gun in England too.

    Sorry …. just being educational.
I do wanna say that even owning a gun at your age, whether you plan to use it or not, is fucked up and dangerous.
I knew this girl, Stacy, who was fifteen, and she had a gun. Guy scared the fuck outta her, she pulled the trigger, and boom, she’s in a young offenders place for a couple years watchin her life get fucked over goodstyle. If you got a gun already, it looks v bad in court – almost like pre-meditation. My advice, get the fuck clear of it.
If I was you, I would have gotten rid of all the knives and shit ages ago too. Or are you trying to end up dead?
