Mindless
A crimson tide
I watch the ocean burn
A sickly crescent moon
Ill with lost sunlight
My eyes do dream
As my heart smiles with pain
Altering acceptance
Ripped at the seam
Clouds do descend
Filled with earth’s blood, it rains
I am once again reminded
That this is not place to pretend
I touch the weeping sky
Time stops; I can finally breath
Through thorns that cloud my mind
Never to waste away, never ask why
Reality is locked
The insanity has found freedom
Muttled is the essence of me
As I watch my life be mocked
