I was on my way home from school, that day had been a bright happy day for me. Until that afternoon on my way home. Let me tell you what happend….
I went to my locker and pulled out my coat. Bekah, my bestfriend, and my brother came up to me. “Hey, we’re gonna go get some thing to eat. Wanna come?” I shook my head and proceeded to put my coat on. They walked my out to the front doors of the school. We said good bye, they went one way and I the other.
On my way home I noticed a black car following me, I ignored it. Thinking it might be some looking for an address or some thing, I continued to walk. But, when I came to a street near my house I noticed the car was still there. I began to think about who it might be. Thinking out loud to myself, “It has to be Draven and Bekah. Maybe its TJ?” I shrugged it off and continued walking.
I entered my house and throw my coat over the coat rack. I yelled up the stairs to my dad, who is never home and want at the time. I just wanted to see if he was.
Later that day, I get all Goth-Glammed up and called Bekah to see if she was home. She wasnt home yet. I decided to just go to the mall by myself, Bekah and I had planned to earlier that week. I stepped out of the door and saw that same black car. I ignored it and went to the conner to cross the street.
I was half way to the mall when the black car stopped and some one got out. The man in it was tall and muscular, he had black hair, his nose and eyebrow pierced. He wore a trench coat and a dog spiked collar around his neck. He walked up to me. Naturally, I was freaked out by this. I mean he looked scary! He removed sunglasses and revealed dark purple eyes cat eyes. He also wore eyeliner around his eyes. He walked up to me, “Sapphire is it? I wanted to ask you out tonight, but Iwas afraid that you would say no…” Scratching his head, “I cant see your busy.. I’ll let you go.” I looked at him, thinking to myself ‘I’ve seen him before….School? Maybe.’ I snapped out of it. “No….I was just going to the mall. Wanna hang out there?” He looked at me a little uneasy, “Ah…Sure.” We got into his car.
He put in Slipknot and played “Scissors”. I looked at him, I suddenly relized he never told me his name. “Um…This may sound stupid, but whats your name?” He looked at me in an odd way and smiled. “Raven….You know the ‘crazy kid’ at school? Sorry if I scared you earlier.” I smiled, he did look pretty hot. “Well, I’ve always admired you, Raven. I really scare alot of people too.” He laughed and smiled. “Yeah, they call you ‘psycho bitch’. I’ve always wanted to talk to you, but its so hard to when your brother is so protective.” I nodded, as we reached the mall.
I got out and closed the door. He looked at me and smiled, “Wanna call this a date?” I laughed. “Yeah,” I took his hand and held it. We entered to mall, people from school turned around, their mouths dropped open. Seeing the 2 strangest kids in school together was probably an odd thought. I smiled, knowing that this would piss off my ex boyfriend, who was standing about 5 feet away from me. He turned around and glared at Raven. I winked at him and walked into Hot Topic with Raven.
I picked up a pair of the highest, scariest looking black plats with flames. “These are fuckin awsome!” I went to get my wallet, but I just remembed I forgot it at home. “Damn it!” Raven looked away from a rack of collars. “Whats wrong?” I looked at him and frowned. ” I gotta ask Monna if she’ll hold these for me.” He shook his head. “Here, let me pay.” I looked at him and laughed. “No, I’ll just ask her.” He shook his head again. “Let me, its no problem.” He pulled out a wodd of cash and paid for my shoes. I didnt know how to thank him. I kissed his cheek…..
