With the shadows lunging at them, Adrianna and Nathan hovered close to Malaki and Selenity. The creatures looked desperately hungry and stared viciously at Malaki. They lunged at everyone, but they most desired Malaki.
“If we can transfer your people to our world, and seal off the Shadows, your people might have a chance.” Selenity offered.
“How would we keep the creatures from entering your world?” Nathan asked.
“Malaki has powers. AkiRa is a planet of what you would call gods. Your knowledge of us is minimal. Religious texts that have slipped from our world into yours. As I have told you, Malaki is an Akiran Light. He is of the strongest gods from our world.”
“How would we protect those who are traveling to the portal?” Adrianna asked.
“I will protect them.” Selenity said. “Once we have all your people transported to our world, we will stay behind and guard the door. It will be setroyed from this side. It will be accessible to your people, but if the door is ever opened; I’m afraid we will not be able to save any more.”
They walked on to the door accessing the AkiRan world. Selenity positioned Malaki in front of the door and whispered something in his ear.
Malaki crossed his arms over his chest and closed his eyes. Then, he began to glow a magnificnet light. Adrianna and Nathan were amazed at the light radiating from him.
“Come, we must move quickly.”
