On the corner, they wait,
in the dark hours of the nite.
On the cold, filthy streets,
its what theyve always known.
A girl among them,
pretty, young, fair.
Shivers as the winter winds,
wrap around her thighs.
A car pulls up, she walks towards,
the shadow that leans out of the window.
He offers, she takes,
then in she climbs and off they drive.
They stop somewhere secluded,
and suddenly shes frightened of the man beside her.
The stranger, the man that she see’s once,
then disappears, like so many before.
He asks, she denies,
he commands, she denies.
And suddenly theres a fist flying towards her,
and all she can feel, taste, is pain.
He’s on top, shes screaming,
tears run down her cheeks as he rips away her clothing.
He’s pushing, ramming, and she’s scared
and hurting, wishing the ordeal was over.
Then suddenly it is,
and after money exchanges hands, shes shoved outta the car,
which screeches away, tires squealing.
leaving the hurting girl on the dust covered ground.
She picks herself up, tears still streaming,
and begins to limp back to where she’s posted.
Who would guess that this young, innocent girl,
Is only fourteen???
