The Insignificant

My life has come to an end
And I’ve come up the loser, once again
Darkness seems to surround me
Coming in quick to drown me

Chocking, wheezing, gasping for breath
Soon my body will be all that is left
Entering into deaths’ sweet embrace
As my heart begins to slow its pace
My eyes begin to close, as my breath begins to slow
Nobody cares but they all know
They stare at me, silly conformist sheep
Let me be, leave me alone and let me sleep
