too stoned to think, but i think too much to stop, just a thought

How do people get stuck in a world they want no part of? How do they find themselves here without meaning to. You can’t go anywhere without wanting to, so how can you get here without wanting to be here. It’s like you’re trapped. And there is nothing that you can do about it. How fair is that?

But life isn’t fair. So does that make it OK? I guess it has to. There’s nothing anybody can do about it. That just how it has to be in this world in this day in and in this place we call home. But it’s not really home if you belong to a religion. It’s just like a halfway house until you die and then you do some place wonderful. But what if you never die? What happens you:? You live on forever. I guess then you can make and break the very being of life, as long as you can become some sort of leader, you can slowly take over the world and make people do what you want them to do. But would that really make you happy? Or would you want out as bad as you know you do now. Nobody is really happy. You can be happy, or content, but not really as happy as you want to be. You really have to work to be happy, and in the end you’re not really happy until you’re dead so it doesn’t really matter what you do in life anyway. You can be homeless and eat dog shit and die and be just as happy as if you were rich and powerful with a great family and friends. Because in the end it doesn’t really matter because you end up dead and rotting and nobody cares anymore. Sure people miss you but they’d miss you the same if you moved somewhere. So dying is like moving. You move from this life to another where things are OK, where you don’t have to worry as much. So what’s the point of living if there’s nothing to live for but to die? When you really sit down and think about it, it really seems like a big waste of time. But you have to want to go somewhere to be there, so how did people get here if they didn’t want to be unhappy? They got here and now their stuck here. We’re all stuck here until we die and that’s just how it’s going to have to be.
